What You Will Do
GoPro is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist. This role is critical to the CRM team and in making GoPro a data-driven, consumer-focused company. The position reports into the Sr. Manager Lifecycle Marketing.
Managing a global database of over 12 million users
Owning the campaign process from end to end for both email and mobile, including building schedule for each campaign, determining audience, briefing creative teams, building campaigns within marketing tools and reporting and optimizing based on results.
Managing a campaign & lifecycle marketing program deployment roadmap
Implementing & ensuring adherence to Email, Mobile and CRM Marketing Best Practices
Working with analysts to ensure campaign and program tracking , reporting & optimization
CRM Campaign/Program Deployment
Work with various stakeholders to implement CRM Programs using SFMC and Localytics
Troubleshoot issues with our marketing tools
QA content implementation, display and link function across multiple email clients, browser combinations and mobile operating systems
Execute on all aspects of the email and mobile campaign deployment process from data management, dynamic content setup, targeting/segmentation, QA, launch and monitoring of delivery
Manage & prioritize Project/Program schedules to hit milestones and launch dates
Help identify email and mobile marketing opportunities and execute against them
Ensure all tracking is in place for reporting
Ensure legal compliance (CAN-SPAM) and deliverability
Setup/conduct A/B testing to optimize key metrics like Open Rates, CTR, and conversion
Partner with the Analyst to interpret program results with the goal of improving future performance
Skills We’re Stoked About 
3+ years executing/managing email and mobile marketing campaigns, preferably with a digital or direct response agency, an ESP or a B2C entertainment or technology company
Experience with marketing automation/journey building tools and mobile platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Localytics
Experience setting behavior-based lifecycle CRM programs
Analytical thinker with a firm understanding of email testing/optimization
Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Super strong attention to details, superior organizational skills
Ability to embrace and learn new technologies and systems
Understanding of effective email and mobile design, messaging, usability, and best practices
Strength in marketing analytics and metrics
Familiarity with email design and coding concepts (HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Doubleclick, Omniture, Tableau, Google Analytics is a plus
