GoPro is seeking a top tier candidate for the Aftermarket Service Manager role. This position will be responsible for global execution of aftermarket services at GoPro. The role will work with cross-functional teams at GoPro along with strategic suppliers and contracted logistics partners. The position requires execution of strategic department goals related to aftermarket materials disposition, management of service level expectations with our partners, and coordination of production to meet product commit schedules.
 
What You Will Do
Responsible for forecasting demand of aftermarket products, managing global allocation of materials for redeployment, establishing safety stock levels, and coordinating replenishment schedules.
Schedule and manage production activities across multiple regional contract logistics partners to meet aftermarket sales commitments.
Create and distribute production commit schedules to sales department.
Collaborate with product design, marketing services, sales, planning, and customer support teams to accomplish department goals.
Coordinate the warranty entitlement process with GoPro’s strategic suppliers and manage the reverse supply chain.
Track global safety stock levels, manage replenishment, and coordinate allocations of strategic materials required for post-sales support.
Responsible for the administration related to aftermarket production and sales including planning purchase orders and scheduling work orders.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key metrics. Present results regularly to Sr. Management
Analyze the Aftermarket services costs, audit invoices, and explain variances between actual and forecasted expense.
Maintain spares inventory. Plan replenishments, place purchase orders for bulk materials, ship inventory, and balance inventory between our return centers.
Manage product lifecycle related to disposition of EOL products, prioritize use of returned materials, and environmentally disposition excess materials
 
Skills We Are Stoked About 
Undergraduate College Degree Preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
5 years relative experience
Aftermarket Services, Logistics, Supply chain Experience required.
Experience in materials management and demand planning.
Strong Oral and Written Communication
GoPro enthusiast encouraged
