Based in San Mateo, California, the Advertising Specialist will support the Digital Marketing team on strategy, development, execution and delivery for global digital advertising programs covering display, digital video, paid social, paid search and SEO.
This role is responsible for day-to-day digital campaign management and execution, creative asset delivery, collection and analysis of reporting and management of finance and service agreements. For this particular role we are looking for a strong candidate to be based in San Mateo and report into the Sr Digital Marketing Manager. You must have experience working with multi-channel digital advertising programs.
The Advertising Specialist role is vital in supporting the Digital Marketing team to ensure we’re achieving department awareness, engagement and revenue objectives as we continue to expand globally.

What You Will Do
Support the Digital Marketing team in development and management of global digital advertising strategy and plans as driven by team manager, ensuring all programs and campaigns are aligned and executed to meet KPIs
Analyze, optimize and report on digital advertising campaigns globally covering display, digital video, paid social, paid search and SEO
Work closely with Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver product and brand marketing briefs
Manage global creative asset requests and delivery
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure localization of all creative assets
Work with agency teams to summarize and report on digital advertising delivery and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Manage digital ad spend and performance updates to ensure the team is pacing towards marketing goals
Manage, coordinate and organize finance and service agreements including PO’s, IO’s, NDA’s, MSA’s, SOW’s
Managing our SEO agency supporting them in SEO strategy development, prioritizing technical implementations on our website, working with our content teams on link building strategies and on page optimizations. This role will manage the end to end SEO function and must have SEO experience
Work with digital marketing manager to optimize retail partner paid search campaigns
Skills We're Stoked About
2-3 years experience working for a globally relevant lifestyle brand or digital agency and strong experience working on digital advertising programs across display, digital video, paid social, paid search and SEO.
Experience with global advertising programs to achieve brand, ecommerce and retail marketing objectives
Analytical, proactive and creative problem solver with a need and affinity for telling brand performance stories through data
Strong understanding of the digital landscape and experience working with industry leading tools for attribution, brand lift measurement, ad serving, viewability and reporting
Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
Excellent communications skills and experience working with internal and external global teams
