We are searching for a smart, enthusiastic and well organised Junior Office Manager with strong German and English language skills to help make GoEuro the best place to work there is (15 months contract).

As a Junior Office Management Assistant in our team you will…
…be the heart and soul of our office and various teams across the organisation. Your positive attitude will help drive our efforts to create an environment where GoEuro’s people and performance will thrive. In addition, you will:
Welcome and be the face of GoEuro for our guests
Assist with tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail and orders, checking supplies and office equipment, and taking care of facility management
Make sure the meeting and common rooms are prepared for visits, company meetings and events
Be an advocate of GoEuro’s culture by supporting the company events organisation (e.g. summer party, TGIFs), and coordinating the organisation of events and meetups at our office
You are well organised, detail-oriented, hands-on and can think outside the box
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty or to lift a couple of boxes
You are fluent in both German and English; additional languages are always valued at GoEuro
You are friendly, reliable and enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude
Previous experience in office management is highly desireable (an apprenticeship as a ‘Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement’ could be a plus, but the experience and attitude are more important)
