OrderUp, Groupon's food delivery platform, is looking for a General Manager in Nashville. As the leader of OrderUp Nashville, you will have complete P&L responsibility and will be tasked with quickly growing the OrderUp business and dominating the Nashville market.

The GM will be responsible for managing all facets of the business–sales, marketing, operations, customer support, partner relations, and more. It’s our most demanding role and requires someone with guts, analytical chops, creative curiosity, and a burning desire to succeed.

The GM's primary goal will be to grow the top line and profit of the Nashville market. As GM, you will be required to establish and foster three communities that will drive the success of your territory: restaurant partners, consumers, and delivery drivers. The GM will have direct responsibility for partnering with and on-boarding restaurants on the OrderUp platform.

Identify and quickly conceptualize opportunities and their potential impact on key performance metrics

3+ years at an investment bank, management consulting, or business development; someone with a startup background will also be considered
Ability to lead local sales efforts, including working with large, regional, and national chains
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
Creative thinking and the capacity to identify locally relevant marketing opportunities
Entrepreneurial DNA and strong local networking ability
