The Goods team use the power of Groupon to generate product-related businesses an unprecedented amount of new customers overnight. As an Assistant Vendor Manager you will be a part of the Groupon success story through supporting the buyers in getting their deals live. This role is an entry level role situated in an exciting new arm of the company known as our own dispatch deals. You will be fundamental in driving efficiency saving projects and supporting the buyers to get their deals live as quickly as possible!
Daily communication and coordination with Buyers to support them to get their deals live
Identifying ways to drive a more streamlined processes and managing projects to deliver your recommendations
Support with new technology roll outs as well as making proposals for new tech development
Using reports to identify areas for improvement and track results on any developments implemented
Training the buying teams on any changes which might affect them
Database (Salesforce) administration and operations duties
Excellent communicator capable of liaising with all stakeholders within Groupon from Buying, to editorial to Logistics and inventory teams
Reporting skills, intermediate excel skills preferred
Organized and a multi tasker
Enjoy operating in a fast pace environment and delivering real Change
Must possess a ‘Questioning mind’
Creative – capable of identifying solutions to challenging tasks independently
1+ year admin experience is essential
