Groupon is looking for a CRM Analytics Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL.

Core Responsibilities:

Bring new products to market by assessing business opportunity and performing return on investment analyses;
Create product requirements and develop timelines with engineering and marketing;
Provide recommendations to senior management on optimizing product and marketing strategy;
Apply analytical frameworks to business problems and translate raw data into actionable recommendations;
Build customer related reports and dashboards using SQL, SAS/R and Tableau;
Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising and Finance) and develop new customer facing products;
Develop recommendations and present findings to senior leaders to drive business forward.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years related experience.

Experience must have included any level of experience in:

(1) Apply analytical frameworks to business problems and translate raw data into actionable recommendations;

(2) Build customer related reports and dashboards using SQL, SAS/R and Tableau;

(3) Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising and Finance) and develop new customer facing products;

(4) Develop recommendations and present findings to senior leaders to drive business forward.
