Groupon Asia Pacific (APAC) is looking for a dynamic and talented Compensations and Benefits Regional Lead to join its HR team. This position will be responsible for designing, managing and executing compensation and benefits policies and procedures throughout Asia Pacific (APAC) supporting each local HR operation in the region. A solid match will be comfortable preparing, processing, and analyzing compensation and benefits data, as well as demonstrate a passion for supporting HR processes with an eye for detail.

Market levelling and benchmarking

Design, define and communicate salary bands and job levels

Design and implement compensation policies and procedures across the region

Forecast budget for increases and bonuses

Design and implement Benefit Policies across the region

Support HR Managers in key compensation definitions

Desired Skills and Experience

3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with evidence of adapting to an evolving environment.

3+ years of experience setting up benefit and compensation policies

Global experience in compensation and benefits

Speak to specific examples of addressing compensation and benefit issues and suggesting process improvements.

Prior experience being responsible for confidential information.

Proficient in UltiPro, Workday, or similar in-house HRIS, in addition to Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s degree is a must. Masters in HR is preferred.
