Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic online marketing plans for Groupon Travel in EMEA in order to drive demand, user (re-)activations and profitable growth to the Travel platforms
Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives through email & promotional marketing and mobile marketing (i.e. promo codes, GTray, Push notifications)
Engage in a ‘customer-first’ end-to-end experience, lead a wide variety of online marketing projects around email and promotional marketing, SEM and mobile marketing
Improve KPI performance across demand conversion (drive site conversion through continuous marketing channel optimization; focus: email and promotional marketing, SEM, mobile marketing)
Cooperate with marketing operations DUB and biz representatives across EMEA (BI/analytics, sales, tour operating, sales operations, revenue management) to manage all integrated marketing efforts
Cooperate with the biz to source inventory required for email and promotional marketing, SEM non-brand and mobile marketing initiatives
Become an expert with all Groupon-owned marketing processes and tools; Guide biz owners on online marketing tool usage, monitor performance and share learnings
Monitor, conduct analyses, evaluate and share/present the impact of online marketing initiatives
Through thorough analyses consult the biz on email and promotion planning, content, setup, and execution.
Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
