You will be responsible for supporting the Channel Marketing team with the development and execution of significant retail marketing projects including the regional marketing strategy, in-store branding, customized display projects and developing GoPro’s overall presence in consumer electronics and core sports retail stores.
What You Will Do
Support the Channel Marketing team in developing retail marketing programs including branding, funding and executable elements, keeping in-line with overall global and EMEA-wide scope
Drive retail growth by aligning objectives and strategies with sales team, distributors and retailers
Support with the co-ordination of the GoPro UK field team and be the main point of contact
Collaborate closely and leverage other marketing departments to create innovative channel marketing solutions for distribution partners
Implement marketing tactics such as product launches, athlete activation, event marketing, and social media campaigns with retail partners
Compile and analyze market research and communicate learnings and recommendations to management
Support with the forecasting of POP displays for the region and liaise with EMEA POP team as appropriate
Support partners with the distribution of GoPro assets, brand guidance and creative
Drive best practice of our brand in retail and online
Skills We’re Stoked About
Experience in Channel Marketing, Trade marketing, Consumer Marketing, Brand Management; ideally in Consumer Electronics or fast moving industry
Understand POS display development, retail services, planograms, merchandising, retail execution and process management
Initial experience in liaising with external distribution partners and 3rdparty marketing agencies
Experience in sales or training a plus, however, process skills are more critical.
Exceptional communication skills including both oral and written, strong ability to manage multiple projects and contacts in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
