We’re adding multiple Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems positions to the team at our Seattle location.

Core Responsibilities

Lead a team of WMOS engineers that support functional and integration issues in a production environment with quick defect resolution.
Set priorities at a quarterly and yearly level with operations and execute accordingly.
Manage warehouse system projects end to end. Establish engagement models and SLAs with operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the warehouses.
Identify key metrics and track and measure business performance.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and 5 years of experience leading teams that support and implement warehouse management systems. Will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and 7 years of experience leading teams that support and implement warehouse management systems.

Academic or work experience must have included:

(1) 5 years of analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills in a production environment;

(2) 5 years of architecting and integrating software;

(3) 5 years of experience with Manhattan WMOS;

(4) 5 years of experience with supply chain systems (i.e. Labor Management System, Slotting, Reporting tools, Integration frameworks, Warehouse Control Systems etc.);

(5) 3 years of experience with Linux and Oracle databases; and

(6) 3 years of experience with SQL.
