We are searching for an outstanding Product Manager with great analytical skills and proven abilities in leading cross-functional teams to drive GoEuro´s development in one of our key markets.

To help us on our way, we’re looking for a Product Manager who can shape the GoEuro Product vision and be instrumental bringing these vision to reality.
As Product Manager, Local Markets you will…
… lead a cross-functional development team on their mission of creating a delightful user experience for our local customers. You will partner closely with an Engineering Manager and own the integration of new partners and the execution for testing and optimising the country you will be responsible for across multiple platforms. Furthermore, we would like you to:
Think big. Work closely with your country manager to develop a compelling product strategy for your country that will drive the growth of your market
Lead a cross-functional scrum team of world-class engineers and designers to deliver like clockwork and make sure the trains run on time.
Work closely with the country managers to come up with new opportunities that will drive the growth of your market.
Build strong partnerships with the product and technical teams from our train and bus providers.
Continually strive to improve the experience informed by instinct, usability research and data-driven analyses.
Be on top of the competitive landscape and aware of market challenges, news, etc.
Prepared to write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, wireframe, and define product roll-out strategies.
You’ve been in a product management role for a minimum of 5 years.
Demonstrable experience managing and developing high volume B2C products – including defining product roadmaps and long-term plans.
You’ve worked as a Product Manager in high-performing teams that have built, deployed, and iterated on mass market applications.
Ability to formulate clear hypotheses and derive actionable insights from large datasets.
A storyteller, with experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels within organisations, including oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, and reports.
Proven ability to influence decision making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts.
A track record of partnering with Design and Research teams to drive continued product improvement.
You have experience with agile development methodology.
You speak Spanish, Italian or English on native speaker level and have excellent English language skills
