GoPro is seeking a top tier candidate for an Advertising Marketing Manager – EMEA role. This role is key in driving the GoPro business across awareness, consideration and conversion initiatives within priority markets in Europe across ATL and Owned channels. This is a highly visible role that will impact many facets of the business as an important strategic and analytical business partner within the global marketing team.
What You Will Do
The Advertising Manager will lead strategy and manage online & offline marketing campaigns across channels, partnering with key business groups to deliver against strategic goals. They will also work alongside the gopro.com team to build retargeting and CRM campaigns to grow eComm revenue in the region. The Advertising Manager will ensure the KPIs are focused on hitting ROI targets tied to driving revenue, building brand awareness & engagement, driving qualified, relevant traffic and deriving consumer insights & optimization strategies from campaign performance.
Lead strategic direction and manage, optimize & report on paid performance across digital and offline campaigns in priority EMEA markets, covering paid social, display, paid search, paid video, OOH, OTT, programmatic and retargeting;
Own and manage relationships with agency teams, delivering briefs, guidance and budget direction to ensure teams are prioritizing and executing on objectives;
Partner with key business groups and EMEA departments to drive revenue, awareness and consideration through cross-functional execution;
Own the advertising creative strategy, managing creative refreshes and collaborating with internal creative teams to deliver assets based on audience targets across key markets;
Work alongside the gopro.com team to align content strategy with ATL campaigns, build out CRM programs and Conversion tactics to capitalize on key seasonal/ campaign beats;
Work with the analytics team to summarize, report and optimize product campaign delivery and performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for EMEA programs;
Partner with sales teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns with key EMEA retail partners;
Lead infrastructure and ad tech projects to drive digital marketing innovation and efficiency.
Skills We’re Stoked About
Minimum of 4 years experience working for a globally relevant lifestyle brand/ media agency;
Strong experience managing, executing and optimizing advertising performance across all offline and digital channels;
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and territories to lead the development of innovative advertising programs;
Experience driving e-commerce and retail business objectives through expansion & performance optimization of ad campaigns and owned channel consumer engagement;
Analytical, proactive and creative problem solver with a passion for telling campaign performance stories through data to inform future investments;
Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets to ROI goals;
Experience working with agency partners and collaborating with internal teams globally and across business groups;
Expert knowledge of the EMEA online and offline media landscape, campaign measurement and set-up across channels, attribution, viewability, audience targeting, ad serving, and reporting;
Energetic multitasker who is comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
