Job Description / Skills Required
Manage special projects with large scale activities that span multiple GSO teams and business partners through leadership of project meetings, schedules, milestones and delivery. Prepare project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc. Collaborate with internal GSO partners to troubleshoot project planning issues
Lead projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across GSO teams and business partners ensuring project roles and responsibilities are clear. Effectively influence leaders to ensure alignment across all GSO contributors & partners (HR, Recruiting, Finance, etc.)
Work with team members to develop cost benefit analysis for implementation and measure post implementation impact of projects ensuring scalable solutions are controlled against key performance indicators
Create and manage project plans through creation of project deliverables; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Lead day-to-day execution of project implementations from requirements gathering to UAT, sign off and implementation controls. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project.
Have difficult conversations regarding resources and timeline formally capturing and communicating outcomes of those meetings.
Exercise solid project leadership skills with standard implementation methodology combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills to drive business process improvements.
