Groupon EMEA are looking to increase the headcount and recruit for a Data Analyst based in our London offices and reporting into the Revenue Management team. Supporting revenue management, sales and marketing functions through identification of all areas that drive growth. Carry out ad hoc and regular planned analysis and reviews on end-to-end business drivers- supply, demand, traffic, channel performance, product etc. and devise and execute plans leveraging the results

KPIs

Demand targets for EMEA, supporting other revenue management and sales functions in identification of all areas that drive growth
Owning analysis/task pipeline and delivery schedule
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out ad hoc and regular planned analysis and reviews on end-to-end business drivers- supply, demand, traffic, channel performance, product etc. and devise and execute plans leveraging the results
Own supply/demand/category insights- values, pricing, margins, coverage etc
Identify data-gaps and work proactively to fill them
Own projects to help drive the region’s performance, including reporting, tool-building, product/tech and operations solutions
Develop and manage sales tools and reporting to ensure that supply/product gaps are filled with alternative solutions
Work with cross functional teams including senior management, planning, sales, product, finance sales operations
Requirements:

Educated to degree level or equivalent with a 2.1 or above (Maths, Computer Science degrees or similar are preferred)
Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail
Advanced excel skills (e.g. high comfort level consolidating and joining data, creating formulas, translating complex information to communicable insight)
Intermediate level working with SQL
Experience working with visualisation tools such as Tableau an advantage
