Groupon is seeking an Email Merchandising Specialist to fuel the growth of Groupon+, an exciting new restaurant cash back deals program. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and optimizing marketing campaigns across email, push, and product channels. You will work alongside seasoned professionals and leaders to ensure the success of an exciting new project, leading Groupon into its next era.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a data-driven merchandising plan

Project manage campaigns end-to-end by coordinating with design and editorial, defining template structure with engineering, structuring A/B tests, setting up campaign delivery, and reporting on results

Partner with Inventory Management team to secure appropriate inventory to support strategy

Leverage consumer insights and data to effectively target and engage customers

Develop deep understanding of campaign performance by running reports to track trends in email engagement metrics and financial performance

Leverage campaign performance trends to optimize plans and inform strategy

Present plans, results, and learnings to senior leaders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent professional experience

3+ years relevant experience within digital marketing, email marketing or merchandising

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing high pressure environment

Attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects

Demonstrate strong critical reasoning skills, including the ability to make quick decisions with incomplete information
