Overview:

Mellanox Technologies is looking for Executive Assistant for CEO.
Responsibilities:

Take part as an active participant on Senior Management staff meetings. Manage and follow-up all executive Action Items
Executive office management and oversight, coordinating and syncing with other departments and executive offices
Exclusively managing and responsible for CEO’s calendar and maintaining high level meeting routine
Booking and managing all travel related issues, from A to Z. Working with high level managers worldwide to coordinate meetings for the CEO with existing and potential customers.
Maintaining CEO’s administrative tasks (reports, documents, expenses etc.)
Contact point for potential costumers inland and overseas – responsible for business meetings coordination, working with PAs worldwide
Visitors coordination
Being a focal point for high rank visitors
Being an active part of coordination, preparation and activation of Board of Directors’ meetings
Responsible for coordination of BOD gatherings in IL
Qualifications:

+7 years of experience as Excecutive Assistant, preferabely from Hi- Tech companies.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ability to be available when needed
High level verbal and written communications skills
Maintaining discretion and confidentiality- a must
Fluent in Hebrew & English
