This role is a high-visibility role, with the chance to work on our high-end SoC ARM-based multicore processor. You get to work in a smaller company (team of 5 people in the U.S.) and will get to wear multiple hats while making a big impact. Our Product Engineers also get to write, debug, and optimize test programs in addition to more traditional Product Engineering responsibilities.


As a Product Engineer, here are some of the things you'll get to explore:

Write, validate, and optimize ATE test programs for a family of complex high-performance multi-core SOC processors with a variety of internal and external IP
Own the product and test-related challenges for a growing line of multicore processors, working with IC design, DFT, PE/TE, Operations, and CMs to ensure efficient and comprehensive bring-up, characterization, qualification and high-volume manufacturing
Work with internal engineering teams and CMs to develop a comprehensive data analysis and diagnostic (RMA/FA) infrastructure to provide products with best-in-class quality and reliability
Establish / maintain quality KPI metrics for all products (Yield, DPPM, RMA/FA TAT, etc)
Work with a global team on a 'first of it's kind' innovative product (disruptor in the market)



Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Hardware Engineering
5+ years relevant experience in semiconductor in both product and test engineering
Hands-on work experience in ATE and System Level Test environments, operating test equipment, and writing related software
Work-related experience using data analysis tools to generate statistics and reports to improve yield, anticipate trends, improve quality, and increase operational efficiencies
Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
Ability to work well in a global organization and with external suppliers
U.S. and/or Global travel expected minimum 2-3x/year
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
