We are searching for a Customer Service Team Lead, with great people management skills, a strong ownership culture and a passion for travel to join our Customer Service team in Berlin.

As a Customer Service Team Lead in GoEuro, you will…
Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Ensure an excellent service to our customers and make sure that the team constantly delivers on operational KPIs
Provide support through the toughest types of issues and handle escalations from our specialists
Your Profile
You have 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced service-industry or customer support environment including leading large teams successfully
You have experience managing effectively, setting team goals, developing people to their highest levels of performance, and providing guidance through challenging situations
You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
You are a good listener and believe that positive communication is key within your team and with our customers.
You can act as a role model and love solving problems. You are always willing to take ownership of situations, roll up your sleeves and have a hands-on approach
You are well organized with a constant drive to optimize and improve processes
You are able to create a comfortable and fun environment for your team
You have flexibility regarding working hours (early, late and weekend shifts included)
Previous experience using Zendesk will be considered a plus
