Working out of our Sydney headquarters across multiple verticals, you will continues to establish Groupon as an integral marketing partner of top businesses across Australia and New Zealand. 
 
The role will see you own the end-to-end management of a portfolio of high end clients. As a Merchant Services Account Manager at Groupon, you will be the main point of contact with all clients pre feature and during the deal cycle to optimise their client experience.

Working alongside our Sales team, this is a high volume environment and you will have allocated touch points for the client journey. These include welcoming and onboarding new merchants and liaising between the production teams and partners to ensure the best campaign is secured.

At Groupon we differentiate from the competition by providing accurate and timely resolutions to incoming merchant queries and concerns to enhance the overall experience of partner dealings and fostering a long term professional relationship.

Specific Responsibilities include:
Proactively contact all clients once passed over from sales and provide a single point of contact
Partner with a portfolio of merchants to grow their business and deliver on their specific needs
Use your consultative skills to understand the client campaign needs and educate them on how to maximise their campaign eg, technical innovation, process optimisation
Ensure the deal content is fully articulated and the relevant Groupon departments have adequate information to produce an outstanding deal campaign.
Collect feedback from the merchant post feature, collate and share to further improve the merchant experience
Act as brand ambassador at all times, ensuring that Groupon clients have a positive experience

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience working as a phone based Account Manager or Customer Services background, ideally in a high volume environment with either a phone service or sales focus.

As an individual you are mature minded, resilient and you have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  You enjoy speaking to clients and understand the true meaning relationship building. Clients will love speaking with you! B2B and sales experience will be highly regarded as well as a positive and mature attitude combined with the passion & motivation to succeed.
