As the Sr. Technical Product Manager for our Global Affiliate Marketing team, you will ensure the technology developed is successfully adopted in over a dozen countries. Successful tool building and training for the marketing team is also a key part of this role.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in global product management experience with a solid combination of technical aptitude, communication skills, and business savvy.
Building and prioritizing the affiliate marketing product roadmap
Writing specifications and launching product features by working closely with globally diverse teams
Facilitating effective communication throughout the product development process between teams including engineering, operations, executives and others
Ensuring that global business teams are trained on the proper use of affiliate marketing products
Bringing countries who are running on unique affiliate platforms under one global product umbrella
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other technical discipline
3+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps as well as inventing and launching successful features, specifically in online marketing and performance marketing
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills
Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
Top level academic qualifications as demonstrated by performance at a leading university
Proven track record of success working with global teams
Willingness and readiness to work with overseas team members
