HR Business Partner

Palo Alto, CA, US

Job Description / Skills Required

Human Resource Business Partners at Groupon aren’t just doing the transactional elements of HR, they’re highly integrated in their designated business group and partner closely with leaders to help shape programs and policies. As a young yet evolving company, we’ve built out a robust HR department with dedicated resources for each business unit. We’re looking for an HR professional to be the business partner for our Product, Marketing, and Engineering departments in our Palo Alto office. Our Product, Engineering, and Marketing groups are incredibly integral to our success as a company: they’re creating the technologies our customers and merchants use every day; rolling out new, exciting products to take our business to the next level; and presenting the Groupon message in a smart, delightful way, respectively.
