What You Will Do
GoPro is seeking a top-tier candidate for its Contracts Administrator role.  This position reports into our Head of Legal Operations and will interact with all departments and levels of the company to facilitate daily administration of contracts, provide training, and act as a maestro to orchestrate contract lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about meticulous process management, compliance, clean data, and building strong relationships.
Provide daily administration of contracts, including but not limited to, facilitating contract set-up and close out, performing contract record review and modifications, and maintaining the integrity of contract records according to policies and procedures.
Liaison between Legal, other teams, and external partners to coordinate contract completion.
Train cross-functional stakeholders on the Legal Department’s contracting policies, processes, and procedures.
Interpret the needs of stakeholders and provide guidance as to appropriate contract templates.
Increase productivity and response times, and reduce bottlenecks of contracting processes.
Edit, format, proofread, and finalize contracts.
Perform comparisons of documents.
Create reports related to contract volume, time-to-close, and contract quality.
Locate contracts in a database and create informational summaries as needed.
Complete projects in accordance to deadlines with little oversight.
Skills We’re Stoked About
3 – 4 years of contract administration experience.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office software). Advanced skills in Microsoft Word is necessary.
Basic knowledge of contract types, licensing terms, and legal requirements.
Legal department technology experience. Apttus software proficiency is highly desired.
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
