You will be part of the Operations team that bridges Operations and IT.  As a member of this team, you will work within Operations to understand and document the system and business process improvement needs and drive the solution delivery.  This role will be responsible for defining, documenting, and delivering business requirements, test plans, and implementations.  You will be the lead on some projects and a contributor in others.  At all times you will work closely with other Business Analysts, Process Owners and Development Teams to improve the system infrastructure at GoPro.

What You Will Do
Dive into the Operations function to understand, define, and document business requirements
Work cross-functionally to put the right systems and processes in place to pave the way for GoPro’s continued growth
Manage project delivery by leading combined business-IT project teams
Develop and execute test plans, support go-live planning and execution, and provide post go-live support
Be responsible for creating project deliverables – Business requirements documents, Solution design, Functional specification, Test plan, Cutover plan, etc.
Conduct Functional and Integration testing, user training, and support business users in User Acceptance Testing
International travel may be required
Skills We’re Stoked About
Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or related field
8+ years of experience in a consumer electronics or high-technology outsourced-manufacturing and 3PL environment
Extensive experience with ERP, MES, MRP, APS, EDI, BI, data warehouse, master data and PLM solutions
Hands-on solution design, configuration, and system implementation
Deep understanding of BOMs, work orders, routing, capacity, yields, etc.
Understanding of the financial accounting associated with inventory transactions
Very strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Autonomous and able to develop positive working relationships with coworkers
Experience delivering projects on time and on budget
Able to plan and execute effective system change
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced Excel, SQL, and ad hoc reporting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
System implementation leadership experience
Merger and acquisition integration experience
