As the Head of Disruptive Growth at GoEuro, you will be part of our Marketing Leadership team and be responsible for the rapid growth of our global Marketing team by:
Partnerships & Business development:
Managing Marketing Partnerships end-to-end (scouting, recruiting, deal closing, deal management)
Pursuing new cobranding opportunities across every industry
Closing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) deals to pre-install the GoEuro app on computers, tablets and mobiles
Scouting and selecting the best operational outsourced partners and working with them to ensure flawless integration and execution
Strategy & Budget Management:
Supporting the VP Marketing in the definition of a winning Marketing Strategy
Finding tactics to continuously improve unit economics
Backing the VP Marketing in the optimal management of the Marketing budget
Supporting the rest of the Marketing organization in tracking and assessing Marketing performance
Running Market and Competitor analysis to ensure best practices are brought internally
Planning & Special projects:
Driving planning and cross-channel alignment of key yearly campaigns
Managing Special Marketing projects in collaboration with other functions (Business Intelligence,
Business Development Revenue)
Aligning with Product ensure the development of the right tools to keep on scaling up Marketing
Recruiting and growing an international team of excellent Marketers
Reporting to senior management regularly on the status of the activities
Reporting directly to our VP Marketing and being part of the Marketing Leadership Team
Your Profile
You have solid experience in cross channel Marketing (at least 8 years), experience in Strategy Consulting is a plus
You have a track record of Business Development and in forming solid Partnerships
You want to revolutionize the travel industry
You have the ambition to lead and grow a successful team
You are very analytical, number driven and know how to work efficiently across any level of the organization
You have a strategic mindset but are keen to make things happen
You have effective communication and negotiation skills
You are a self-starter and you love taking ownership of processes and projects
You speak English fluently; other languages are considered as a plus
You are a team player
You have solid organizational skills as well as client-orientation, passion and reliability
You are creative, curious and open for new subjects and approaches
