As the Head of CRM at GoEuro, you will be part of our Marketing Leadership team and be responsible for the rapid growth of our CRM team globally by:
Defining our CRM strategy (prioritization, geographical foot print) and rolling it out on a global scale
Managing our CRM budget and resources by maximizing our customer retention and lifetime value
Recruiting and growing an international team of CRM experts
Optimizing our Customer Contact Strategy across multiple channels: email, sms, push, in app and deep linking notifications
Defining, in partnership with our Brand team, the most effective creative strategy to achieve our targets
Monitoring and continuously optimizing the performance of the channel
Reporting to senior management regularly on the status of the activities
Running Market and Competitor analysis to ensure best practices are brought internally
Analyzing our customer needs and supporting their fulfillment through appropriate CRM programs
Driving tech initiatives together with our tech & BI teams to ensure that we scale up our operations efficiently
Assessing our organizational needs and preparing compelling “make or buy” business cases
Scouting and selecting the best operational outsourced partners and working with them to ensure flawless integration and execution
Coordinating proper DB segmentation into relevant marketing targets
Fostering content personalization via automation
Keeping ahead of industry best practices through research and testing
Reporting directly to our VP Marketing and being part of the Marketing Leadership Team
Your Profile
You have solid experience in CRM marketing (at least 8 years), experience in other online marketing channels is a plus
You want to revolutionize the travel industry
You have the ambition to lead and grow a successful team
You are very analytical, have a passion for working with numbers and know how to work efficiently with commercial CRM suites
You have a strategic mindset but are keen to make things happen
You have effective communication and negotiation skills
You are a self-starter and you love taking ownership of processes and projects
You speak English fluently; other languages are considered as a plus
