GoPro is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Analyst who will provide technical expertise and direction to ensure that the Salesforce application is effectively implemented and managed across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering and Operations. The candidate will offer best practices and recommendations for process integration, application development, deployment and ongoing enhancements of the Salesforce Platform. The candidate would also have a proven track record of related experience to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.

The ideal candidate is capable of supporting multiple solutions simultaneously, across multiple technologies. This role requires understanding the big picture, including best practices for effective collaboration and project management, as well as an ability to apply a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to execution. What You Will Do

Evaluate and propose how best to leverage Salesforce.com technology to meet evolving business requirements and information needs both within and across functions
Design and implement solutions (using industry standard best practices) with functions in the organization that utilize and access Salesforce.com
Technically assist with initiative to integrate Salesforce.com to backend business systems to enable near real-time access to key performance metrics
Provide global day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce
Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications
Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption
Ensure adherence to GoPro IT guidelines, standards, methodologies and frameworks
Skills We’re Stoked About

Expert-level understanding of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Portal, Communities Data.com, etc.)
com Administrator and/or Developer Certification
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer / Analyst
Apttus CLM experience a plus.
Experience in development and production deployment using ANT, Force.com IDE, etc.
Experience to respond to production support requests and troubleshoot issues.
Experience with Salesforce.com APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata)
Experience integrating Salesforce to Netsuite (using Boomi or Informatica) a plus
Experience leading SFDC implementations. Consulting experience preferred.
Extensive experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development
Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and a record of exceeding customer expectations
Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide optimal solutions
Demonstrated track record of delivering projects in scope, on-time, and within budget
Demonstrated ability to control and manage priorities and schedule, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong accountability, teamwork, and initiative
Ability to work with vendor support to resolve issues and manage project initiatives
