Product Specialist

Job Description / Skills Required

As a Product Specialist on Goods, you will be focused on building the tech, and tools needed to support a growing list of initiatives. You will work closely with Product Managers, and Users to help design, scope, and rollout new features, and products. Additionally, you will provide post-implementation support, and advise business stakeholders as technology subject matter expert.


Work with various cross functional teams to understand business needs and deficiencies in tech

Gather key information and business requirements as part as a requirements definition and prioritization process

Work directly with Users, Product Managers and Engineering leads to ensure work is defined and completed on schedule

Have a very good working knowledge of the product and systems and be able to troubleshoot production issues

Help manage, track and communicate project timelines and key milestones

Facilitate strong cross functional communication


1-2 years relevant experience

Bachelors Degree Required

Strong predilection for defining new products & building new initiatives

Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders

Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and project management skills

Comfort being hands-on in a fast paced, entrepreneurial startup environment

Has worked in a technical, or software delivery environment

Enjoys being a part of a close knit, highly distributed team
