Job Description / Skills Required

The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for multiple, critical campaign checkpoints for some of Groupon's largest and most complex merchants. You will support the Retail vertical's overall efforts to maximize revenue from new and existing partners, from setup to launch and throughout the deal lifecycle. We're looking for someone with a razor sharp attention to detail, experience developing best practices, optimizing processes and eliminating non-value add work.

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for back-end setup and scheduling of all national retail campaigns
Assist with merchant partner analytics and reporting as required
Special projects (ie. bulk-manual updates, some data entry)
Coordinate upcoming big deals pipeline with CS & Consumer fraud teams + develop strategies to mitigate contacts and fraud refunds
Drive auto-refund process, including coordinating with internal teams and ensuring on-time execution
Own custom merchant reporting requests form and usergroup
Act as Merchant Center Liaison ensuring partner concerns are communicated with MC product and issues/new features are relayed to Retail sales
Format and submit Salesforce batch uploads
Run and distribute weekly inventory reporting
Update weekly new business pipeline reporting
Salesforce account tagging and cleanup

BA or BS
Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus a thorough knowledge of web technologies
Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills
Professional, "get it done" attitude and work ethic
Experience working in a plus
