If you are part of our team, you

Will be part of a larger global design team that influences all aspects of the Groupon brand, including UX

Will be immersed in e-commerce and it’s ever evolving practices and learnings to craft an excellent customer experience

Will regularly partner with copywriters to work on larger marketing campaigns from concept to final design

Will be part of an exciting company that is continually evolving and growing its brand

Will work collaboratively across teams

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree, may have at least 4+ years design experience for websites and ecommerce digital advertising. May have an advanced degree

Extensive experience with digital marketing assets (design and production) for web and mobile (banners, emails, landing pages)

You are an experienced, fully qualified professional, who understands how to support the business.

You have the ability to present your ideas and formulate your design concepts

You are an experienced professional, resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways You are able to drive consensus between peers

You have the emotional intelligence to affect change through influence not just authority, and interact positively with a wide range of personalities

You are a career-oriented professional. You are able to take and follow direction well.

Outstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback

You may lead some project/program efforts. You do what you say you will do, and proactively report changes in plan to your supervisor

Participates in project brainstorming and concept development

Must be able to handle a number of projects simultaneously

Take project from inception through production

Applies industry best practices and established brand style guides to well-defined assignments

Must have a good eye for photography and are able to select photography for campaigns

Must have a strong sense of typography and color theory

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; bonus if experience with Sketch and html

Proficiency in Apple Keynote and Google products
