The Goods team use the power of Groupon to generate product-related businesses an unprecedented amount of new customers overnight. As a Buyers Administrator Assistant you will be a part of the Groupon success story through the development of the Goods vertical, by supporting Groupon Buyers with their admin tasks and processing of contracts. Core Responsibilities:

Daily communication and coordination with Buyers to fulfil admin duties
Liaison with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth pipeline of deals
Database (Salesforce) administration and operations
Contract administration, fact-checking deals prior to publication, and filing
Assist the team on ad-hoc tasks with local and international partners

Requirements:
To adhere to buying milestones within the critical path
Liaise with suppliers to chase samples and key information
Support sample management as appropriate to the needs of the department
To ensure that Promotional and Pricing administration is completed efficiently and effectively on behalf of the trading team.
o ensure all contracts are raised in a timely manner
To carry out the accurate filing and maintenance of all required records in line with company procedures and legal guidelines, on behalf of the category.
Prepare for, attend, and take notes at meetings.
Conduct competitor shop reports and feedback to team.
Maximises learning opportunities to broaden knowledge of the Buying team’s responsibilities in order to support with queries from the wider team.

Minimum of a 2:1 degree
1+ years admin experience with a desire to pursue a career in buying
