Overview

Mellanox Technologies is lookinf for an AP bookkeeper.

the position is temporary.
Responsibilities

Receiving AP invoices and processing them in the ERP system.
Operating bookkeeping systems and interfaces.
Vendor’s reconciliations.
Review payment batches invoices and process payments.
Maintaining tracking and analysis files for overhead expense.
Qualifications

Required education:
Bookkeeper, type 2 or above (certified).

Years of experience as Bookkeeper:
3 year or above.
Experience with working in ERP environment – Mandatory.
Experience with automated invoices processing systems – Advantage.
Experience in an industrial global Hi-Tech companies – Advantage.

Computer/Information system knowledge:
Office: Excel/Word/Outlook – good knowledge.
ERP system: Oracle – advantage.

Languages:
Hebrew – mother tongue.
English – Good (ability to fully communicate in English).

Personal skills:
Professional and responsible.
Team player.
Fast learner.
Good interpersonal abilities.
