Job Description / Skills Required
The Sales Operations Manager will cover for the current Sales Operations Manager who will be taking maternity leave, beginning October 2017 through January 2018. The Sales Operations Manager temp will work in the San Francisco office and work closely with the CFO and Head of Sales Operations. Main focus will be on managing Salesforce.com along with other sales tools, streamlining business processes, and calculating monthly commission statements for the sales team. Assistance will be needed on other ad hoc projects and will be guided by the Head of Sales Operations and / or CFO.
Manage Salesforce.com instance – troubleshoot and customize Salesforce.com to ensure efficiency.
Help build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting with Salesforce.com.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a continuous seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce.
Oversee and optimize relationships with multiple external tool vendors, many of which integrate with Salesforce.com.
Create custom order forms for the sales team.
Calculate monthly commission statements for the sales team.
Assist with defining, developing, and documenting operational processes for sales team to drive operational and business efficiency.
1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
Experience commensurate in lieu of degree
Knowledge of coding with Apex a plus.
Comfort level with an array of sales productivity tools and SFDC integrations. Experience with tools such as Marketo, Channeltivity, DocuSign, Domo, LeanData, and RainKing a plus.
Experience with sales commissions.
