We are searching for a HR Operations Administrator to help our People Team deliver operational excellence in all our processes and at the same time provide for a great employee experience for everyone at GoEuro.

As HR Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
Taking ownership of HR projects and processes to ensure operational efficiency and a great employee experience
Supporting the full spectrum of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leaves, payroll, contract management, visa and relocation, etc.
Continuously improving our day to day processes and thereby helping to scale the growing GoEuro team
Being the first point of contact for questions and queries from GoEuro employees
Support and drive HR projects such as employee surveys, reporting on important HR metrics, and documenting
Maintaining and updating our HRIS as well as employee paper files
Your profile
You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an operational role in HR
You have a solid understanding of German employment bureaucracy, including topics such as parental leave, payroll administration, and employment law.
You speak German at a native level as well as have strong English language skills
You are well organised and detail-oriented, in addition to having a passion for accuracy and efficiency
You are a strong communicator with empathy, self-reflection, and a customer focus
You are an independent self-starter and you enjoy getting things done and improving processes and workflows with a strong customer focus
You have strong analytical skills and are a tech-savvy
