As our new Commercial Manager – Air Product, you will:
Lead and implement GoEuro growth and revenue strategy for Air product across all markets
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with major market airlines and air travel partners in all markets
Lead the engineering of complex deals and challenging business negotiations
Lead a cross-functional team of product and business development managers, engineers, designers and analysts, to maximize the revenue potential for GoEuro customers shopping and purchasing air products
Work closely across GoEuro in order to develop complete travel solutions extending beyond air only bookings
Define and achieve ambitious performance targets
Your profile:
7+ years of experience within travel industry. Essential experience working in the airline sales and distribution space with a focus on developing and managing commercial partnerships with OTA’s & Meta partners, OR, in OTA segment with a focus on developing and managing commercial partnerships with airline companies
3+ years in leadership role, driving the origination, negotiation and implementation of strategic and high value commercial partnerships
Strong knowledge of revenue/commission structures for OTA’s/Meta agreements
Solid knowledge of GDS/NDC/API connectivity
Able to negotiate and manage business relationships independently and at very senior levels
A strategic thinker with solid business acumen, excellent forecasting and planning skills, including the ability to develop robust business cases for new revenue streams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced degree in business or a related field (preferably an MBA)
Absolutely fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
