We are searching for a talented (Jr.) Recruiter with end-to-end recruitment experience to help us find and attract the best talent at all levels for GoEuro within Europe and beyond

As (Jr.) Recruiter at GoEuro you will be responsible for the success of our Talent Acquisition efforts by:
Managing end-to-end recruitment projects for the Commercial, Marketing and Operational areas of the business
Proactive sourcing and networking early in search of stellar candidates for all positions
Building and maintaining a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs
Helping collect and analyze recruitment data
Stakeholder Management – Using data to inform partners / clients of candidate flow, bottlenecks and where we should double down.
Building strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
A strong track record of successful recruitment of commercial roles
Solid experience in direct sourcing for niche profiles in highly competitive markets
Conceptual strengths and analytical skills, paired with hands-on mentality
Have an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers
Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
Very good English language skills
