Our Senior Technical Program Manager, Aerial Products will be responsible for the full life cycle of bringing products to market. He/she will work with internal and external partners to develop schedules and fix the responsibilities and deliverables. He/she will also set regular meetings to review the progress and status of each project they oversee. In addition, he/she will address, prioritize, resolve conflicts, manage the communication amongst the different teams, and follow the budget/plan within the defined target. He/she will also serve to enhance our methodology and processes to insure consistent improvements. This position reports to Director, Program Management.

What You Will Do

Take ownership of Aerial Product projects from concept phase through launch
Deliver assigned projects within the agreed cost, schedule and specification.
Manage and coordinate each development phase internally and with our partners
Clearly communicate project status, risks and issues on a regular basis
Escalate major issues where necessary and drive project team to resolve
Ensure that the proper process is followed in accordance with GoPro guidelines

Skills We’re Stoked About

Experience with delivery of complex, high volume, ID driven consumer products: electronics or vehicles.
Experience with injection molded component & tooling programs.
Experience with Asian partners or suppliers is preferred and must be able to travel to Asia as needed (4-­5 visits/year typical)
Experience with full Product life cycle development and bringing a product to market
Start­up company experience is highly desirable
5­-10 years of overall experience is ideal
Undergraduate degree in ME/EE is highly desirable
