GoPro is seeking a POP Operations Manager – APAC for GoPro’s Retail Solutions reporting to the Sr. Manager of Global POP Operations, based in Shanghai, China. You will work closely with 3rd party POP design & manufacturing partners, 3rd party supply chain partners, internal partners (including Sales, Channel Marketing, Creative, Logistics, Document Control, Finance, Purchasing and Inventory Management) to ensure high quality cost effective design, brand compliance, manufacturing, timely delivery and installation of POP in APAC.

What You Will Do

Day to day project management of APAC POP through all stages from proposal, design, construction, delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, and end of life.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and vendor partners to enable successful program execution.
Work with Channel Marketing partners on the production and delivery of POP programs.
Provide POP design input and negotiate pricing to ensure POP manufacturing is cost competitive and meets budget requirements.
Manage 3rd party suppliers, vendors and service providers.
Source and qualify POP manufacturers as needed to support Sales funded POP expansion plans.
Help manage the timely deployment of POP support material including fixtures, collateral, parts, repair and marketing tools.
Manage new POP development jobs on budget, on time and with the highest level of service and quality.
Report project status regularly to internal stakeholders.
Clearly communicate project status, risks and issues on a regular basis.
Detailed project management reporting.
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Travel to POP suppliers and GoPro Global offices as needed.

Skills We’re Stoked About

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years working with point of purchase displays/retail signage
Understanding of supply chain process
Track record of successful supplier management, negotiation, and procurement
Experience in Visual merchandising, retail store planning or working for a POP supplier preferred
Experience in consumer electronics preferred
Entrepreneurial attitude. Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel (40%) domestically and internationally
