What You Will Do:

Lead the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) processes to capture customer driven forecast and event/promo requirements into the short term demand planning process.
Drive consensus with key accounts to ensure account level sell in, sell out, channel inventory and promotional inputs are being captured and meeting expectations
Lead the weekly CPFR calls with internal/ external customers to review sales, forecast, and inventory along with their commitment against their forecast.
Have ownership of the forecast data, gaps in CPFR plan vs internal forecasts based on trends, report generation and management. Be proactive in identifying gaps in weekly and quarterly forecast, especially as it relates to sell thru trends, channel inventory.
Managing execution of new and discontinued items and other activities to improve key performance indicators including, but not limited to, customer in-stock percentage, fill rate, forecast accuracy and order-to-delivery lead time
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical analysis of market trends, price elasticity, promo-related analysis
Demonstrate a collaborative approach while working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in supply and demand assumptions. Provide crucial insights into the area of business and induct into forecast models (eg recent sales trends, special event/promo assumptions, launch performance etc).
Work with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Order management team to track orders to commit and demand supply/commit matching
Use and maintain forecast templates as the primary forecasting system tool. Test different methodologies as best fit.
Contribute in managing product lifecycles by collaborating with cross-functional teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product transitions.
Contribute to EOL strategies, such as markdown strategies and/or product position strategies based on E&O
Help prepare reports and presentations for multiple teams, including c-level staff
Be a driver of continuous improvement opportunities in processes and business results
Skills We're Stoked About:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
3-5 years of experience in CPFR planning, account/demand planning (CE experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets and data analysis including financial scenario analysis – must have amazing excel skills! (vlookups, if statements, macros)
Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and managing complexity in a global, fast-paced organization
Must be open to change!
Collaborative and flexible work style
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and leading-edge technology
Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills
Working knowledge with prior demand planning software a plus
