Project Manager

Job Description / Skills Required


Ownership of the department Project and Initiatives register, both driving and guiding individual project owners to completion and owning projects of their own
Support MS efforts to improve the business processes and tools that will be used to effectively execute strategic and complex projects following Process Improvement best practices
Identify root-causes of problems with all levels of the organization
Assist in designing process and systems to support new business ventures
Assume the role of consultant, participant, and/or lead on Process Improvement Events
Integrating MS operations of acquired businesses with Groupon MS operations

Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and computer skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and leadership skills
The ability to work both collaboratively and independently to achieve results
Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work with staff at all levels
Adapt quickly to changing needs
Motivate others and achieve results
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
2+ years of similar project management experience
