The Talent Development Partner will develop, deliver and support the execution of talent development initiatives for Groupon’s Tech and Marketing functions on the West Coast. In this role, you will be a member of the Global Talent Development & Diversity Team and will work closely with the HR Director and HRBPs for Global Tech and Marketing to establish and bring to life our people agenda.

Responsibilities:
Leadership Development
Ensure effective delivery and evaluation of management and leadership capability programs
Collaborate with business leaders to build, revise and facilitate internal training initiatives
Partner with both HR and business owners to craft methods that meet succession and development planning needs of different teams and ultimately strengthen the bench of future leaders
Culture and Engagement
Launch initiatives to increase the engagement and retention of diverse talent
Drive the development of a broad and inclusive culture and environment through education and training
Establish mentoring, meetups, and hackathons to nurture an underlying culture of learning and camaraderie
Promote the Groupon mission, values, and Leader Habits
Talent Management
Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to facilitate individual and team talent assessments, including 9-block reviews, and build and improve upon a variety of tools to identify and develop future leaders
Build, maintain, and train HR to facilitate organizational planning, inclusive of individual talent profiles and individual development planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of forward-thinking experience in Talent and Leadership, supporting business units understanding their needs and their day-to-day experiences
Deep organizational skills with evidence of successfully leading concurrent projects
The ability to execute independently in a rapidly changing environment with minimal direction
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, a mature E.Q. and strong interdepartmental collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology
Experience rolling out global programs in a tech environment
Certification in Situational Leadership
