We are searching for an experienced Head of Recruitment to drive and shape the full life cycle recruiting efforts for the company in a rapidly growing environment.

As Head of Recruitment at GoEuro you will be working closely with the Leadership and People Team, to support strategic and operational hiring efforts, and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance.

Work with leadership team, People Team and hiring managers and define talent profiles in order to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process
Evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes including: sourcing, interviews, events, etc.
Ensure successful execution of the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & sourcing to candidate assessment and offers
Ensure effective leverage of mix of innovative recruiting techniques and recruiting resources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and the like to attract qualified candidates – targeting both passive and active job seekers
Ensure recruitment effectiveness and successful achievement, and continually improvement on KPIs/metrics & industry benchmarks
Enable and foster a high-performance target based culture within the recruitment team
Function as in-house consultant and the subject matter expert in recruitment & growth of the organisation
Conduct various types of analytics to support the plan and develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance
Be a significant brand ambassador through involvement and networking in key external business groups to build industry relationships
Previous experience designing and owning recruiting strategy; full-cycle recruiting all levels within a fast-growing dynamic successful organisation, Tech preferred but not essential
Strong program management skills and have extensive experience designing, assessing, deploying and optimising talent sourcing campaigns and initiatives
A leader and strategic thinker with a proven track record with sourcing, recruiting and closing extraordinary talent
Experience with defining and delivering recruiting and pipeline metrics and data.
Ability to motivate and inspire a recruiting team and stay calm during high pressure recruiting cycles.
Expertise with direct sourcing and an excellent understanding of how to effectively use direct sourcing channels i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referral, job boards etc.
Rigorous: ask hard questions, validate assumptions, and make sure dots connect on goals
Outcome oriented: not reactionary; articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
Combination of both agency side and in-house recruiting experience is preferred
