The role:
As an Executive Assistant at GoEuro, you will be an invaluable asset to the members of the Senior Management Team as well as to GoEuro. You will play a key role in enabling the Management Team to achieve their goals by ensuring that their daily agendas are planned effectively and efficiently.
As a fast-growing successful company, we have made a number of senior appointments and this role joins our expanding Office team, and partners with the Assistant to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
You will own a position with a high degree of flexibility and responsibility
Providing direct support for the Management team as required
Setting up and coordinating all business meetings and day to day diary management in support of team efficiency
Supporting the management team in every-day tasks for example, prepare information for presentations, etc
Scheduling, coordinating and booking travel and accommodation
Organizing offsite events, ordering catering
Collaborating with and supporting the Office Management team, including organisation of team events
Liaising with all functions within the company to ensure fast and efficient workflow
Improving processes to operate with maximum efficiently
Co-coordinating submission of expense claims and recording of supplier invoices
Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years of experience of working at Executive Assistant level with senior management and senior level partners and suppliers to the business
Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks and supporting more than one team member
Experience of working to tight deadlines, and ability to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice;
Ability to think proactively, solution-oriented and hands on approach to tasks
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Fluent in English and in German, additional languages are a plus
Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex subject-matter in a clear and concise way
Solid analytical skills in order to analyse and present data
Working knowledge of Google applications and MS office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact and empathy
Strong interpersonal savviness, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with people across diverse locations essential.
