GoPro’s Global Sales Operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Project Specialist to join the Project Management team. This position will help support the health of GoPro’s sales channels by owning various channel governance initiatives, including the coordination of contract workflows and other ad hoc Sales Operations projects. This role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a growing, fast-paced team and learn about GoPro’s customer operations.

What You Will Do:

Manage daily activities associated with channel pricing programs, including responding to reseller inquiries, escalating issues to Legal and coordinating changes among cross-functional teams.
Manage the reseller/distributor contract process workflow. Coordinate feedback and timelines among Sales, Sales Operations and Legal.
Assist with daily administration of all Sales/Sales Operations contracts including, prioritization of current requests to Legal, ensuring due diligence and completeness of deliverables to Legal, contract setup and execution and systematic maintenance of contract files.
Manage customer and internal communication related to contract policies. Create and maintain internal processes and become the “go to” for policy questions.
Project manage additional projects on an ad hoc basis.
Skills We're Stoked About:

3+ years of experience in a coordinator role, preferably in retail or consumer electronics
Self-starter and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Basic knowledge of contract types, sales terms and legal requirements a plus
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (pivot tables, arrays, etc.)
Experience in Docusign, SharePoint and/or Apptus a plus
