This role will be responsible for the success of projects within the Category and Pricing teams by setting up the project standards and managing strategic projects in coordination with various parts of the EMEA organization in Commercial, Pricing, and Operations & Change.
It will be critical to driving the successful scale-up of Category Management and turnaround of the Commercial organization, in addition to keeping the Pricing project on track.
The role splits into four constituents; emphasis will be on running and contributing to the portfolio of projects in the Category teams, in addition to project managing a series of projects.
Extensive experience in all of the following:
Structuring of Measurements, Models, Methods, Process Mapping
Extraction of data and collection of verbatim insights in buying and analyses thereof
Proposal development and testing
Market analysis and competitors benchmarks
Business case development
Planning and Tracking
Management of Scope and Budget
Monitoring and Control of Project Work
Preparation and facilitation of meetings
Documentation, Communication & Training
Project team organization and resourcing
