To expand our business further, we are looking for our new Director of Partnerships to lead commercial growth for the B2B and ancillary products and support our mission to revolutionise travel throughout Europe. The role is based in Berlin and reports directly to our Chief Business Officer.

As our new Director of Partnerships you will drive the development of new B2B solutions and ancillary products to complement our core product offering to travellers throughout Europe and maximize the revenue potential for GoEuro across all markets:
Own, develop and drive our B2B Partnerships growth strategy
Reshape and build new revenue streams
Unlock new market potential and manage key partner relationships
Lead the engineering of complex deals and challenging business negotiations
Lead a cross-functional team of product, engineers, designers and analysts, to develop and implement solutions, new products and services
Define and achieve ambitious performance targets
Advanced degree in business or a related field (preferably an MBA)
10+ years of commercial management experience within e-commerce space with at least 5+ years in a leading role
Solid track record in leading the making, negotiation and implementation of high value and strategic commercial partnerships
Solid expertise in defining commercial strategy for both B2B & B2C components
Track record in forecasting, planning and delivery of ambitious growth and revenue targets
Solid track record in leading cross – functional teams to deliver on execution
Absolutely fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
