As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the existing distribution business model as well as national online & offline retail accounts. This is a hands-on role focused on driving increased revenue.
What You Will Do
Plan, develop and implement account and territory specific sales plans
Build and develop relationships with distributors & retailers
Create operational business plans with distributors & retailers
Ensure that ROI is maximized across all channel marketing programs through detailed planning, forecasting and accurate reporting of expenditures
Partner with brand/digital marketing and channel marketing team to ensure cohesive online/offline marketing programs
Find new opportunities outside traditional retail placement
Keep track of weeks of supply on hand and manage the purchase cycle
Analyze and report sales metrics and market trends
Asses distributor and retailer needs
Skills We’re Stoked About
2-4 years of sales account management experience in a consumer technology environment (distribution, retail or brand)
Business/commerce degree, Master preferred
Fluency in English, other Slavic languages are a plus
Excellent Excel skills with an analytical mind coupled with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on their analysis
A self-starter who can demonstrate the drive and ambition that fits with the GoPro culture and pace of change
Creative, smart, and passionate team-player
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel frequently
A valid driver’s license is required
