This is an exciting time to join Groupon due to major growth of our Shared Services Teams and for that reason our Polish Groupon Recruitment Team is expanding! Join the team of 6+ Recruiters. We are currently looking to hire a Recruiter to join our Team in Warsaw or Katowice to run end-to-end recruitment of the Groupon forces in Poland.

The hired Recruiter will report to the Recruitment Team Leader and will be based in one our amazing office in Warszawa.. The successful candidate will deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute the recruitment in a very fast paced environment.

What will you do?

You will manage end-to-end recruitment process for all roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including direct sourcing, screening, interviewing qualified candidates, negotiation and offer process,
You will collaborate with internal client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals,
You will facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers,
You will maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis,
You will drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters,
You will participate in the EMEA Recruitment Team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates,
You will participate in Assessment Center sessions as well as Employer Branding initiatives,
You will act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Groupon and our Talent Acquisition Team.

Who you are?

You have first experience in recruitment area, preferably in dynamic company with international structure,
You are fluent in in English (min. B2 + level) and Polish language,
You have a Bachelor’s degree,
You are a communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills,
You are ambitious will engage in projects together with the team to raise the bar of Talent Acquisition.
