Trainee/Junior Business Analyst -Goods

We are looking for a Trainee/Junior Business Analyst for the Goods team. The role combines helping performance, manage a team of buyers through regular reporting with designing and implementing reports to allow the buying team source the right products from the right vendors to stay on trend with the markets. The person who fills this role will also help increase the efficiency of the buying team by providing data-driven insights, training, process optimization and communication. Core Responsibilities:

Produce all KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis
Be able to use (or learn to use) business intelligence/analytics tools and internal CRM tools (i.e. Teradata, SalesForce, Tableau, etc)
Use BI tools to manipulate and summarize data and design dashboards to present information in a visually compelling way
Understand business needs and work with stakeholders to specify requirements
Build and support efficient, stable and usable reports to solve business problems
Provide support and training to the buying team on the CRM and reporting tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, communicate progress and resolutions
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Self-starter, fast learner, adaptive to fast-paced working environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Curiosity and a desire for learning
Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
Knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus
