Job Description / Skills Required
5 to 8 years managing lab equipment and facilities; organize, audit, and manage a lab environment to ensure high productivity for multiple engineering teams.
Perform Inventory control and tracking of all electrical lab equipment and create and maintain all maintenance and calibration tracking for all electrical lab equipment.
Manage and drive lab expenses for supplies, equipment, and capital expenditures and enforce lab safety and compliance policies.
Assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the component level.
Experienced using and setting up oscilloscope, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, logic analyzer etc.
Solder and rework for small components.
Good understanding of EE, SI/PI measurement systems.
Familiar with and develop hardware validation test plans for Ethernet Switch is a definite plus.
Excellent electrical assembly and debugging skills.
Good communication skills and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology (BA/BS degree preferred).
